Convenient location and helpful staff. Likes: the location of the hotel was very convenient, as it was close to a mall and other amenities.
Poor room quality and unappetizing breakfast. Dislikes: the room was disappointing, with old furnishings and a lack of maintenance.

i like pool at the rooftop, a bit like infinity pool
when we were there, the elevator was jammed and we got stuck or 2 minutes.

Staff were sensational. Infinity pool on the top floor was really good. Best value stay in Java. Convenient location next to mall. Comfy bed, good AC. Local breakfast choices were great. Rooftop provided beautiful city view. Easy access to taxis.

The rooftop pool view was breathtaking and the couples' massage at the spa was very relaxing. It was also conveniently located near popular shopping and dining spots.
The room was not properly cleaned and had a very unpleasant odor. The bed sheets were stained and the towels were old and rough.
